Dayla Bishop, a third-generation real estate industry professional and president of LEH REALTY, has been in the industry for 28 years. At the age of 20, she started buying and flipping residential properties while raising a family with her husband Wes. Dayla is driven by a passion to guide clients toward wise real estate decisions, always seeking opportunities to improve the quality of life for others. She earned consistent annual recognition as one of the top producers by volume sold – an additional achievement of over $600 million in sold volume over the last 13 years, managing successful development projects across Texas.
Dayla’s commitment to clients and community is grounded in a parallel commitment to doing right by others. Her passion for serving people drives both personal and professional strategies, including the onboarding of in-house partners who offer full-service support for every aspect of every transaction.
